    Change of Mind or Incorrect Purchases

    A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns resulting from change of mind or incorrect purchase decisions.

    To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unopened, unused, and in original, undamaged packaging
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (ideally a tax invoice or order number)
    • Returned within 60 days of approval

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Please note that some products are Made to Order and are non-returnable. You will be prompted to confirm your understanding of this at the time of purchase via a tick box at checkout.

     

    Warranties & Consumer Rights

    i) Your Consumer Rights

    Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to:

    • A replacement or refund for a major failure, and
    • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

    You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

    ii) Manufacturer Warranties

    Some products may include additional warranties provided by the manufacturer or importer. Unless explicitly stated, these are not warranties provided by TPSM Enterprises ( Trading as Doors First).

    iii) Limitation of Warranties

    All other warranties and representations are excluded, except those that cannot be excluded by law, including under the ACL.
    Where products are not typically purchased for personal or household use, our liability is limited (at our discretion) to:

    • A refund,
    • A replacement, or
    • A repair of the affected goods.

    iv) Reporting Issues

    We ask that you inspect your order upon delivery and notify us promptly if there are any issues such as missing items, defects, or incorrect specifications. This helps us resolve the matter efficiently.
